• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  At the moment, yes! However, please keep in mind that if costs get too high for a specific country, we may have to increase shipping rates. We sincerely apologize for this.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

  Please keep in mind that the pandemic is still delaying packages, even now, so there may be significant delays depending on both my and your local postal service.

• How do I remove the backing from my pin?

  If you've purchased the Polyamorous Pride Pin with the premium backing, please be aware that it can be a bit tricky to remove the backing.
